Accountant

Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounts and month-end financial statements;
  • Prepare accounts receivable and payables, inter-company balances, month end closing;
  • Prepare and ensure the FRR reports are aligning with company’s standards and FRR standards;
  • Assist in management analysis and consolidation reporting of the Group;
  • Liaise with various parties to facilitate daily accounting operations;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree in accounting or related disciplines with HKICPA/ACCA qualification or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years’ accounting experience in which knowledge of securities industry is an advantage;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good computer knowledge and proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication skills and a good team player
  • Mature, well-organized, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Assistant Manager – Operation

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for execution of daily settlement activities (Hong Kong and overseas Stock and Futures);
  • Perform quality control on daily operation and reconciliations between front office and back office system to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness;
  • Handle IPO application & Corporate Action Events;
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments for smooth settlement process;
  • Participate in new system implementation, system enhancement, UAT, system migration and workflow procedures design;
  • Formulate, review and streamline operational procedures;
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience of which at least 2 years in supervisory role;
  • Familiar with matching and clearing platforms such as CCASS, DDASS is preferred;
  • Good understanding of global securities and futures settlement operations;
  • Well-versed with SFC and HKEX rules and regulations;
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua;
  • Good knowledge in MS Office such as Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Customer oriented, well-organised, responsible and able to work under pressure and overtime;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrating customer-centric mindset
  • Experience in referring customers to relevant business team is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of financial products will be an advantage
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Investment Services Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the branch offices to provide professional investment service in the areas of securities dealing, wealth management and client service
  • Provide market information and investment advice upon client's request
  • Execute clients' dealing orders of Hong Kong stock market
  • Establish and maintain good clients' relations and provide quality services to address their needs such as account openings and answer enquiries
  • Attach to branch to assist daily operation
  • Support business development and participate in investment seminar
  • Promote service quality and participate in various profession upgrade training
Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics or Finance related disciplines / Degree or Associate Degree in any disciplines with HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8 / Non-degree holder with relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented
  • Mature, good team player and willing to learn
  • High level of initiative, accuracy and patience
  • Qualified to be registered as licensed representative under SFC
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered as Assistant Officer
