New U.S. Micro-Cap Securities Trading Policy

Since June 22, 2015, we will no longer accept any

  • Buy transactions in any securities with market cap below USD50 million AND
  • Price below $0.50 per share
This policy does not apply to the liquidation of current holdings.

We have begun the process of system programming necessary to reject orders received which violate this policy automatically.
We understand that this may cause inconvenience for our clients who are active in this segment of the market, but according to the suggestion from US, we believe this is an important step to stay ahead of the regulatory curve and to prevent any abusive trading in these securities.
